The Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations and American College of Education recently announced that Bri Vallely has been selected to receive a full tuition scholarship to pursue a Master’s in Education through American College of Education.

Vallely was eligible to apply for the scholarship because the Penn-Harris-Madison Education Foundation is a member organization of INAPEF. Only four educators across Indiana were selected to receive the 2026 educator full tuition scholarship, making the recognition especially competitive.

Vallely was celebrated by Heather Short and other P-H-M administrators in recognition of the achievement and the continued commitment to professional growth and excellence in education.
PHMEF Executive Director Jen Turnblom currently serves as president-elect of INAPEF. Through partnerships like this, INAPEF and its member foundations continue working to support educators and expand opportunities for professional development across Indiana schools.
The scholarship will allow Vallely to continue advancing her education while supporting students and families in the P-H-M community.
