All Walt Disney Students to Receive Free Meals for 2026-2027 School Year

Posted on August 5, 2026

Walt Disney Families were notified this afternoon that Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation will be implementing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for meals served on the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2026-2027 school year at Walt Disney Elementary School.

All students enrolled at Walt Disney Elementary are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at NO CHARGE each school day of the 2026-2027 school year. No further action is required by families. Students will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a meal application. Please note that CEP approval is strictly determined by federal eligibility thresholds and Walt Disney meets the eligibility threshold for the 2026–2027 school year based on the percentage of direct certified students.

Families with questions can contact the Food Service Department at 574-254-2814 or email Mindy Jaroch at mjaroch@phm.k12.in.us.
